Hanna Home Pros is a Howard Hanna company. As such, Home Pros may collect and store your contact information you entered on our company website, entered for some other manner, or in conjunction with the enrollment in one of a Howard Hanna program, or in the listing or purchase of a home. Hanna Home Pros does not provide information to companies unrelated to Howard Hanna or to vendors who are not listed as Hanna Home Pros on the website.

Significant data sharing exists throughout all marketplaces and industries. Over the years, it has become very clear that outside companies sell consumer data multiple times, to unvetted vendors. Hanna Home Pros was created as a platform to vet and partner with LIMITED authorized service vendors related to the home buying and home selling process – and beyond. We do share limited contact data (postal mailing address with some of the Home Pro partners. Many partners simply choose to be linked on the Howard Hanna Hanna Home Pros website and do not receive any information from Home Pros. As a valued Howard Hanna customer, you have the ability to access these vendors and their services long after your real estate transaction by creating a Home Pros account. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

Can I limit sharing to Hanna Home Pros Vendors?

How does Hanna Home Pros protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate. We require our vendor partners to comply with DO Not Call and to maintain secure systems.
